Cancellation & Returns Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined below.
14-Day Return Right
Regardless of your location, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, without providing a reason, and receive a full refund.
Once dispatched, you have 14 days from delivery to return items under the conditions outlined below.
Note: Customers in the European Union have this right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. For all other customers, this is our voluntary policy.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exceptions – Custom & Personalised Items
In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Commissioned artwork
- Made-to-order pieces created specifically according to your request
These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including custom or personalised pieces), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: thepeculiarbunch@gmail.com
Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs showing the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
